Every Kiwi DJs wedding booking is built from the same parts, and the package is really a question of how much of your day the music covers. Reception only starts when your guests sit down to dinner and runs to the last dance. Ceremony plus reception adds battery powered ceremony sound and the celebrant microphone at the front of the day. Full day coverage wraps in MC support, pre ceremony arrival music and every transition between.
Whichever shape fits, the constants never change: sound sized to your venue, lighting, wireless microphones for speeches, early setup finished before guests arrive, your Spotify playlist honoured, your do not play list locked, and requests taken on the fly.

Which shape fits your day
Reception only suits weddings with live ceremony musicians or a venue running its own ceremony sound. Ceremony plus reception is the most booked shape, one supplier carrying the whole soundtrack. Full day suits couples who want the microphone work handled end to end, entrances, cake, first dance and farewells announced cleanly by the DJ.

Can we change package after booking?
Yes, shapes flex as plans firm up. Adding ceremony coverage later is common, and the quote adjusts to the real day.
Does full day mean the DJ MCs everything?
As much or as little as you want. Most couples take entrances, cake, first dance and farewells, with a family MC or planner alongside where they prefer.
Is travel part of the package?
Travel is quoted with the package against your venue, up front, so the figure you accept is the figure you pay.
